You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content you submit and for any consequences of submitting such content.

Canopyshade reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its discretion and without notice.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In no event shall Canopyshade’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
